LeBoeuf Little League

The LeBoeuf Little League held their monthly meeting at the Waterford Boro Building. The meeting was called to order at 8:05pm, by President, Garry Sargent.

ATTENDANCE: Ed Vorpagel, Greg Roberts, Jeff Kuzma, Mike Thiemann, Brian Mitchell, Steve Lesik, Trevor Donnell, Mark McNerney, Brian Webster, heather Johnson, Garry Sargent, Darlene Haibach, Colleen Strain

SECRETARY: The minutes were read by Colleen Strain, corrections made and Ed Vorpagel motioned to accept, seconded by Jeff Kuzma.

TREASURER’S REPORT: Report was read by Darlene Haibach and approved by Ed Vorpagel and seconded by Brian Mitchell. See attached report.

SPECIAL PROJECTS: Darlene will be ordering the candy fundraiser from Pulakos in January, 2010

PUBLIC RELATIONS: Garry met with Representative Hornaman in November and he was given a tour of the new dugouts.

SOFTBALL COMMISSIONER: No new updates

BASEBALL COMMISSIONER: No new updates

CHALLENGER DIVISION COMMISSIONER: No new updates

UMPIRE COMMISSIONER: No new updates

TOURNAMENT COMMISSIONER: No new updates

SCHEDULING COMMISSIONER: No new updates

UNIFORM COMMISSIONER: No new updates

EQUIPMENT COMMISSIONER: No new updates

FIELD MAINTENANCE: Greg Roberts reported that the drainage ditches beside the Waterford Complex road and behind Field 3 will be raised up.

INSURANCE COMMISSIONER: Darlene will pay the insurance bill by January 2, 2010

OLD BUSINESS: No new updates

NEW BUSINESS: Ed motioned to have LLL donate a sponsor sign or pay to have a team sponsored by Heard’s as a thank you to Heard’s, for all they have done for the league.

NEXT MEETING DATE/TIME: January 14, 2010 at 8:00

ADJOURNMENT: A motions was made by Jeff Kuzma and seconded by Greg Roberts to adjourn the meeting at 10:20pm.
